THE CHRISTIAN ENNEAGRAM EXPERIENCE for RELATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – Explore & Expand Your Interpersonal Style & Grow Together (Level 1 Workshop): The Christian Enneagram Experience for Relational Development workshop is designed to help team members, or groups of couples in leadership, expand relational awareness and choose relational actions more informed by God’s reality. Character (Personality) development work is the spiritual core of relationship building. Our favorite way of being in the world with others can be our biggest strength in some situations, and our most profound blind spot in others. This TCEE day provides a powerful frame for helping participants relax and broaden their interpersonal styles, so they can more freely choose which relational strengths to use in each situation.
Planning for Your TCEE Workshop:
– Fill out the form below for your pre-booking phone meeting with Ronna, to determine whether or not the Christian Enneagram Experience is a good fit for your team or group
– Let Ronna know (in the form below) if you would like the Couple Development or Team Relationships version of this relationship workshop
– Please reserve a private, quiet, comfortable space for your live 3-hour TCEE Workshop
– TCEE curriculum includes lectures, interactive exercises and break-out sessions, handouts
– RHETI Enneagram pre-test (unless completed for a TCEE previous workshop) & signed TCEE application form required for each participant
– It’s very important to arrange for water and healthy snacks to be available for your team’s bio breaks (those breaks will be scheduled throughout the workshop day)
– Your team/group will have an end-of-the-day Q&A session with Ronna
– If desired, follow-up consultations available, by appointment only
